remreset – Remove counters from reset list

\@removefromreset is a companion to the standard \@addtoreset command which allows counters to be removed from the reset list of a controlling counter.

This package is now obsolete as its functionality has been incorporated into the LaTeX format, but it is still distributed as part of the carlisle bundle.
