Save the files pst-abspos.sty|tex in a directory, which is part of your local TeX tree. Then do not forget to run texhash to update this tree. pst-abspos – Put objects at an absolute position
The (PSTricks-related) package provides a command \pstPutAbs(x,y) to put an object at an arbitrary absolute (or even a relative) position on the page.
