culmus

Fonts from the Culmus Project for the Hebrew script.

Both type1 and true/opentype version of the fonts are provided.

The included LaTeX package loads the type1 version of the fonts. It is intended to be used with 8bit TeX. The package loads the fonts with HE8 encoding, but is is recommended to use them with NHE8.

culmus may be distributed and/or modified under the conditions of the LaTeX Project Public License, either version 1.3 of this license or any later version.

This license only refers to the package itself. The fonts are distributed under the terms of GNU General Public License version 2, some of them with embedding exception. Terms of use and license of the Culmus fonts that come with this package (if you received a package that provides them) is covered in the file LICENSE and LICENSE-BITSTREAM.

For the usage of the fonts it is recomended to install the hebrew-fonts package, and using NHE8 font encoding, and utf8 inputencoding.
