bmpp – Convert bitmap files to PS/EPS/PDF
The (command line) application converts PNG, JPEG and TIFF images to PostScript, Encapsulated PostScript or PDF format.
The application supersedes the package bmeps.
It is part of the dktools bundle, which is no longer hosted on CTAN.
