Querying the CTAN Database with JSON – Version

The information about the version of the interface can be obtained under the URL

http://www.ctan.org/json/1.3/version

The result is a JSON object as in the following listing:

The entry has one attribute:

version

This attribute contains the version number as string. This attribute is mandatory.
