Added Cherokee in the Sans font too (newcm-doc.pdf page 12). Added Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics to Sans (newcm-doc.pdf page 12-13). Added Allergies symbols to Sans Regular and Book (newcm-doc.pdf page 17-18). Added twoheadhookrightarrow and twoheadhookleftarrow to the Math fonts in Private Use Area, since they are needed and do not exist in Unicode. Until fontsetup is released access them with \char"E034 and \char"E035 (newcm-doc.pdf page 22) Added SmallCaps in Italic font. Fixed minor IPA tilde overlapping bugs.
