This update brings typesetting of cell borders with the "border-collapse: separate" model, better longtable compatibility, and some small fixes and performance improvements. It also features improved documentation including a longtable example with cell borders.

This package reworks the internals of tabular, array, and similar constructs, and adds a \cellprops command accepting CSS-like selectors and properties. It depends on mdwtab, xcolor, expl3, and xparse.
