Summary description: A program to make various PDF viewers reload the file being displayed
License type: other-free
Announcement text:
pdfopen is a program which can be used to both start a new instance of a PDF viewer program as well as to instruct that program to reload the PDF file. This is particularly useful if pdfopen is called automatically whenever tex is (re-)run. This version has an updated pdfopen and pdfclose that work with Adobe Reader 5, 7, 8 and 9 as well as xpdf.
This package is located at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/support/xpdfopen . More information is at http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/xpdfopen (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org .
