CTAN Update: tabvar

On Tue, 8 May 2007, Daniel Flipo submitted version 1.1 of the
tabvar
package.
The tabvar package helps in drawing variation tables of functions.
It does not require pstricks and works with LaTeX or pdfLaTeX.
The documentation is in French, see files demo.pdf and tabvar.pdf.
