New CTAN package: keycommand

just when i thought i might get to bed early, the upload daemon popped
up with:

thanks for the upload; i've installed the package and written a
description for the catalogue repository.

of course, the catalogue entry won't even appear until the overnight

keycommand – Simple creation of commands with key-value arguments
The package (which requires e-TeX) provides a natural way to define commands with optional keys.
The package provides \newkeycommand, \renewkeycommand, \providekeycommand, \newkeyenvironment and \renewkeyenvironment, together with \keycmd for a more advanced interface.
The package is based on kvsetkeys by Heiko Oberdiek.
