The euproposal class supports many of the specific elements of a Framework 7 Proposal. It is optimized towards collaborative projects. The package comes with an extensive example (a fake EU proposal; see the file propB.tex) that shows all elements in action.

euproposal – A class for preparing FP7 proposals
The class is a specialisation of the proposal class, for writing proposals to the EU, for Framework 7. Examples of its use are provided elsewhere in the bundle.
The class is distributed as part of the proposal class bundle, and depends on the author’s stex bundle.
