Updated file extension for including diagrams to `.tex` to align with changes introduced in PlantUML v1.2023.0. This change is not backwards compatible with older versions of PlantUML. Thank you @Geronymos for the fix.

plantuml – Support for rendering UML diagrams using PlantUML
PlantUML is a program which transforms text into UML diagrams. This LaTeX package allows for embedding PlantUML diagrams using the PlantUML source.
Currently, this project runs with LuaLaTeX only.
